A powerful Divine declaration establishes God's absolute existence, His exclusive rule over the world, and His position as the only source of salvation. The doubled emphasis on His own identity serves primarily to reinforce and strengthen this message [מצודת דוד, רד״ק]. His name stands as a testimony to His true reality, as He is the very core of existence. Every other being in the universe exists solely because of His power and causation, making Him the absolute and only ruler over all creation [רד״ק, מלבי״ם].

Alternatively, this repeated focus on Himself reflects His eternal, unchanging nature. While heavenly bodies and earthly creatures constantly undergo changes in their form and essence, God remains forever fixed and constant [אבן עזרא, רד״ק].

There is absolutely no one else beside Him [מצודת ציון, מצודת דוד]. From this understanding of His unchanging nature and absolute rule comes the clear conclusion that He is the only savior. Because no outside force is capable of acting against His will, no one else can offer salvation. Just as He has brought salvation countless times in the past, He holds the power to save at any given moment, and absolutely no one can stand in His way [רד״ק, אבן עזרא].
