King David's rise to power was a steady and continuous journey. At every stage of his life and leadership, he constantly grew in strength and stature.

This ongoing growth translated into remarkable practical achievements. He developed into a powerful king, successfully fighting battles, conquering surrounding nations, and expanding the borders of Israel. All of these monumental successes and his ever-increasing influence were possible because God was with him.
