The Egyptian was a man of extraordinary proportions. Standing over five cubits tall, his size was so abnormal that it defied standard human estimation. Adding to his imposing presence, his facial features were also unusually large [רד״ק].

The Egyptian wielded a heavy spear with a massive shaft.
