The celestial vision features a set of wheels characterized by complete uniformity and a unique structure designed for smooth movement in every direction. The primary approach among commentators is that all four of these wheels were entirely identical, sharing the exact same shape and visual appearance.

Their physical arrangement consisted of one wheel set directly inside another at a right angle. One wheel was positioned to face from east to west, while the intersecting wheel faced from north to south. This specific design served a highly practical purpose. It allowed the entire structure to roll smoothly and instantly toward any of the four directions of the compass. Because of this intersecting shape, the wheels could move freely wherever they needed to go without ever having to pivot on an axis or physically turn to change their orientation.
