God promises that His Divine Presence will rest permanently within the Temple. He assures that He will maintain a constant presence in the sanctuary, always ready to accept the prayers directed to Him [מלבי״ם].

In addition to this continuous presence, God guarantees that He will actively listen and pay close attention [מצודת ציון]. This careful attention is focused specifically on the prayers offered by people from within this holy space [מצודת דוד].
