The act of preparing these animals represents the complete process of dedicating a burnt offering to God [רד״ק, מלבי״ם]. By listing all these different types of livestock together—sheep, rams, cattle, and goats—a powerful image is created. It serves as a metaphor for presenting a truly massive and overwhelming quantity of offerings [מאירי].

The declaration concludes with a final word of affirmation. This acts as a firm guarantee that these promises will indeed come true [אבן עזרא].
