The construction of the Tabernacle involved the careful assembly of its fabric coverings, transforming individual pieces into large, functional sections. The craftsmen achieved this by sewing the curtains together to form two distinct groups.

First, they took five individual curtains and stitched them to one another, creating a single, complete unit of fabric. Once this was finished, they repeated the exact same process with the remaining five curtains, joining them together to form a second, separate unit [ביאור שטיינזלץ].
