God instructs the prophet to create a physical demonstration that vividly represents a state of forced labor and bondage. To achieve this, the prophet must build a complete yoke from scratch. First, he is told to gather the necessary binding materials, such as the straps and sinews used to tie everything together. Next, he must prepare the heavy wooden beams that form the main structure of the yoke itself.
Once these parts are fully assembled into a functional tool of labor, God commands the prophet to wear it. By placing the wooden yoke directly upon his own neck, the prophet acts out the role of a working animal, serving as a living symbol of heavy submission.
