The primary approach among commentators is that God's power has been exalted from the very beginning of time [מצודת דוד]. It remains forever stable and ultimately overcomes all challenges. This eternal reliability stands in sharp contrast to the temporary might of human heroes, whose strength is fragile and prone to collapse [רד״ק, מאירי].

The elevation of God's hand can also be understood as a form of withdrawal. Even during periods of profound destruction, when divine protection appears to retreat and lift away from the world, God's power continues to function quietly to save the righteous [אלשיך]. From a Midrashic perspective, this elevation points to the creation of the upper spiritual worlds. Because these higher realms were formed by God's right hand, they remain forever beyond the reach of death [רש״י].

This eternal power is not merely a distant spiritual concept; it actively performs mighty deeds in the present day [מצודת דוד]. It is the direct source that provides strength and wealth to those who love God [רד״ק]. God carries out these actions entirely on His own, without any need for human assistance [אבן עזרא]. Looking toward the ultimate future, God's power will one day raise up assemblies of righteous individuals and bless them with eternal life [רש״י].

The repeated focus on God's right hand serves to reinforce a crucial truth: all power, success, and wealth come exclusively from Him [רד״ק, מאירי]. Beyond simple emphasis, this repetition teaches that divine salvation is never just a one-time event. Instead, God's saving actions occur again and again, unfolding continuously throughout the course of human history [אבן עזרא].
