Isaiah 66:19Sefaria

During the future war of Gog and Magog, vast armies from many nations will gather to attack Jerusalem. In response, God will execute judgment upon these enemy forces, striking them with a miraculous and unprecedented blow. The primary approach among commentators is that this strike will leave a mark of physical disgrace, such as blindness or a severe plague that causes their eyes to rot. A different perspective suggests this mark is a broader symbol proving that God is the true force behind the redemption [ביאור שטיינזלץ].

While the vast majority of the attacking armies will perish in this conflict, God will not wipe them out entirely. He will spare a small group of survivors and send them out across the globe These refugees will carry the physical scars of the plague on their own bodies, serving as living evidence of God's immense power

These survivors will be dispatched to a variety of distant lands and nations, including Tarshish, Pul, and Lud. Some of these destination nations are known as highly skilled warriors, trained in the art of drawing bows and firing arrows [מצודת דוד, ביאור שטיינזלץ], and are identified by some as Turkish nations [רד״ק]. The survivors will also journey to Tubal, Greece, and the remote islands. In ancient times, when travel relied on sailing ships, these regions at the far edges of the Mediterranean Sea were considered the ends of the earth [ביאור שטיינזלץ]. Interestingly, even though the nation of Tubal is listed among those who originally attacked Jerusalem, these messengers will specifically seek out the civilians who stayed behind and did not join the battle [רד״ק].

The people living in these distant lands are idolaters who have never heard of the God of Israel or witnessed His greatness, simply because they were not present at the war Upon seeing the severe physical marks on the survivors, the local populations will listen as the refugees recount the extraordinary deeds God performed for Israel during the Messianic era Hearing this testimony and seeing the physical proof, the nations of the world will finally recognize God's absolute greatness. Moved by this revelation, they will even bring the remaining Israelites scattered in exile back to Jerusalem as a dedicated offering to God [שד״ל].
