The order of their deaths reflects the sequential decline of the body's powers. The first of this group represents the sense of touch, considered the most basic and purely physical of the senses. The next embodies the sense of sight, specifically the destructive nature of an envious or venomous gaze. Following this is the body's repelling force, the physical mechanism responsible for pushing waste downward and expelling it. Finally, the last son's name, rooted in the concept of gathering plunder, symbolizes the body's attracting force, which draws in and distributes energy to every limb.
