The presentation of the Tabernacle's holy vessels to Moses highlights the exact condition in which each sacred item was delivered. When the Ark was brought forward, it arrived together with its carrying poles [ביאור שטיינזלץ]. The explicit mention of these poles alongside the Ark is highly intentional. The poles are only noted as being brought together with their respective vessel in two instances: the Ark and the Outer Altar.
This distinction exists because Bezalel had already inserted the poles into the rings of these two specific vessels, meaning they were presented to Moses fully connected and ready for use. In contrast, the carrying poles for the Table and the Golden Altar were delivered separately. Because they were not attached, they are not singled out with their vessels, but are simply included in a later, general grouping of the Tabernacle's tools [העמק דבר]. Alongside the Ark and its attached poles, the protective cover that rested directly on top of the Ark was also brought forward [ביאור שטיינזלץ].
